PSYCHOTherapy Services
Individual Therapy
Life comes with a lot of stress, and many difficulties. Individual therapy is the primary way that therapists can help you live your life in the most effective (and healthy!) way. Each individual's therapy is customized based on their age, needs, and wants. The therapies we offer are goal-based and frequently short-term.

Family Therapy
There are certain situations, particularly with adolescents and young adults, in which getting the whole family into one room can be effective. Family therapy can help your family address issues of communication and improve relationships between family members. Building on a family’s strengths can help that family overcome a variety of difficulties.

Good Faith Estimate Notice:
You as a patient have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
