We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, Amex, Mastercard)
We also accept Flexible Spending (FSA) and Health Savings (HSA) cards
Currently, we are not in-network with any insurance company.
If you have out-of-network benefits, you will likely be able to be reimbursed for a portion of your expense, and many of our patients are able to do so.
We provide all patients with the option of a "superbill" (also called a "Statement for Insurance Reimbursement") that you can use with your insurance provider.
If you're unsure about your benefits, you can ask about out-of-network benefits for "CPT Code 90834 or 90837" (this is insurance-speak for standard-length individual therapy sessions)

Individual Therapy (45-60 minutes) - $170
Family Therapy (60-90 minutes) - $210
Therapy Services (Dr. Wade McDonald):
Individual Therapy (45-60 minutes) - $200
Family Therapy (60-90 minutes) - $250
Group Therapy (60 minutes) - $60
One-time Assessment Services:
Pre-surgical assessments (3-4 hours) - $650
Clinical Assessments (~2-3 hours) - $450
Personality Assessments (4+ hours) - $850
Psychoeducational Assessments with PhD provider (varies by goal*) - $1500-2700
*please note that many school districts are legally obligated to do some psychoeducational testing for students in their ISD, so that is what we usually recommend parents pursue this first.
